Arrival information for guest flying to Palma
On arrival at Palma Airport, after passing through Immigration you should head for the Baggage Reclaim Hall. This can be a long walk... up to 15 minutes.
If you feel you will need either wheelchair assistance or a lift on the electric buggy, please contact our Special Needs Helpline on 0870 900 2129.
Fly-Cruise and/or Cruise and Stay holiday
Having retrieved all your luggage, make your way through to the Arrivals Hall, where Island Cruises Representatives will be waiting to direct you to our check-point.
Here you will receive your check-in envelope containing your onboard swipe cards and cabin number, welcome information, credit card authorisation form and cabin labels for your luggage.
Please tag your luggage straight away and ensure that it is all loaded onto the coach before you leave the airport.
It's a swift transfer by coach from the airport to your cruise ship - but please take a moment to enter your cabin number on the embarkation voucher, which you would have received with your tickets, and complete your credit card authorisation form.
Stay in resort and cruise holiday
Having retrieved all your luggage, make your way through to the Arrivals Hall, where First Choice Representatives will be waiting to direct you to your transfer coach.
During your stay in Majorca, your hotel representative can offer you advice and local knowledge about the resort and will update you on transfer arrangements to the cruise ship for your second week.
All Cruisers
At the port of Palma, the Island Cruises team will guide you through the port procedures.
Please take hand luggage and immediate necessities with you, but leave your heavy luggage on the coach. The ship's porters will deliver these cases to your cabin for you.
You will be given a health form to complete for your party, please complete this & present it to the Island Port Check-In staff in the terminal building, along with your embarkation voucher (which you would have received with your tickets) and passport.
We'll take your photo at this point too for our onboard security system, and also register your credit card.
You will then be directed from the terminal building to the gangway, where at the top you will need your swipe card to present to the security staff.
A cabin steward will then take you to your cabin.
