Discover St Vincent

Let us take you on a scenic tour through the capital Kingstown, with its colonial and modern architecture. Then we drive up to Fort Charlotte, with its panoramic view of Kingstown and the harbour.Built in 1806 this amazing structure also houses a collection of paintings, which portray various aspects of Black Carib history. From there we travel to the oldest Botanical gardens in the western hemisphere founded in 1765. The tour then continues through the Mesopotamia Valley, the 'bread basket' of St Vincent, through banana plantations and along the picturesque Atlantic coast, with a stop for tropical drinks, Caribbean music and a swim at Villa Beach.

Jeep Safari River Tour

Head off in convoy through the capital of Kingstown and the Vigie Highway for a panoramic view of the small farms and banana plantations of the Marriaque Valley, the 'bread-basket' of St Vincent.  Here the Grand Bonhomme mountain rises to 3,181 feet and provides a stunning backdrop to this picturesque valley.  Pass through small villages showing the real St Vincent where women still wash their laundry in the rivers and donkeys are the main mode of transport. Next is Georgetown and the black-sand beaches and sugar mills.  Pass through blue tinted ferns before stopping for a picnic lunch and a refreshing swim at Hell's Gate Waterfalls.  Heading back along the Windward Highway through the villages of Calliaquia and Villa with background views of Fort Duvernette, built in 1800 on a massive rock 195 feet above the sea.  A final stop at Cane Garden with its hilltop views of Kingstown, its harbour and majestic mountains make this the perfect photo opportunity to capture this memorable day.

Kiss Me Waterfall

This scenic tour begins with a drive through the outskirts of the capital city of Kingstown and continues to the Atlantic Ocean, (East Coast). From there, the Windward highway passes through banana, coconut and arrowroot plantations and the Byera Tunnel, which was built in 1813 to open up Cariblands to settlements.

Just outside Georgetown the road passes over the Rabacca Dry River, an interesting legacy of the volcanic nature of this island. the river drains the eastern slopes of La Soufriere volcano and Mount Brisbane and has become filled with volcanic stones and sand. The road to La Soufriere leaves the coastal road at Rabacca.

At the base of the volcano is found the Kiss-Me Waterfall. Swim in the refreshing pool and relax amid luxuriant vegetation while you enjoy a local 'cook out' lunch.

On our return we pass through the villages of Calliaqua and Villa, with a background view of Fort Duvernette, built around 1800 on a massive rock 195 feet above the sea. At cane garden, a memorable hilltop view of Kingstown, its harbour and the majestic mountains in the background completes the trip.
